Welcome researchers!  We are now open for business!! We will continue to honor special appointments that can be arranged. Fulfillment of research requests can still be made via use of email or phone. VIEW DETAILS REGARDING THE CURRENT OFFICE HOURS.

 

VIEW 2021 MONTHLY PROGRAM SCHEDULE
Office is closed for research during program presentation.
(Program start time is 1pm; ending times vary.)

LSCGG OFFICE HOURS AS OF 15 JUNE 2021

1. The office is now open to the general public. Unannounced visits (i.e. "walk-ins") will be allowed.
2. The LSCGG office is open on Saturdays and Mondays from 9 am to 4 pm. If a staff member is available, an appointment can be made for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
3. Appointments can still be arranged via use of either email or phone call. See contact details at the top of this page.
4. Appointments must be scheduled at least forty-eight hours (or more) before the arranged time.
5. When making your appointment, specify what records you will be attempting to locate.
6. All scheduled appointments must be confirmed by a staff member of the LSCGG.
7. Appointments will NOT be available for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and all Sundays.
