VIEW 2020 MONTHLY PROGRAM SCHEDULE

(Program start time is 1pm; ending times vary.)

LSCGG OFFICE HOURS AS OF 01 JULY 2020

1. The office is open to the general public by appointment-only. No unannounced visits (i.e. "walk-ins") will be allowed.
2. Appointments can be made by email or phone call. See contact details at the top of this page.
3. Appointments must be scheduled at least forty-eight hours (or more) before the arranged time.
4. Appointments can be made for either the morning slot (9am-12noon) or the afternoon slot (1pm-4pm).
5. When making your appointment, specify what records you will be attempting to locate.
6. The office is open to no more than six researchers at any one appointment slot.
7. Researchers are required to wear a protective mask.
8. All scheduled appointments must be confirmed by a staff member of the LSCGG.
9. The LSCGG office is open on Saturdays and Mondays. If a staff member is available, an appointment can be made for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Sunday.
10. Appointments will NOT be available for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and most Sundays.
